You can ask us to delete your account and everything stored with it. This page is for anyone who plays Nova Strike, including players who have already uninstalled it.
Signing in is optional. If you have only ever played as a guest, we hold nothing about you: your progress sits on your device alone, and uninstalling the Game removes it.
Write to us from the email address you signed in with, using the button below. That address is how we find your account, so please send from it rather than another one. We reply to confirm, then delete within 30 days.

Your sign-in account and the identifier it uses; your saved game, which is your whole progress; your entry on the public ranking, including the display name you chose; your saved battle lineup that other players could challenge; and your name where it appears as a visitor to other players. All of it, permanently, with no way for us to restore it afterwards.
Records of purchases are kept because tax and accounting law requires it, and because the store may still process a refund. Crash and usage statistics are kept, but they carry no name, no email and nothing that points back to you.
Deleting the account removes the progress that any purchase unlocked. We cannot give it back afterwards, so please be sure before you write.
If you are unsure, ask us before sending the request. Deletion cannot be undone.
